With the numerous tasks that have to be done nowadays, most of the time it pays off to have someone, a personal assistant perhaps, who will guide and remind you with your daily schedule. But in reality, not all of us can afford or is lucky enough to have someone who will do that job for us. Oh, how I wish I have my own assistant too – the feeling must be extremely relieving. It aims to provide its users with the look and feel of a real, old-school personal organizer while featuring a more appealing appearance and easier practical use.

I remember having my own organizer. I used to bring it along with me wherever I go, but because it ate too much space in my bag and added unnecessary weight, I decided to just leave it at home. Such a waste.

Pros and Cons

Jorte Calendar is definitely a helpful and must-have application. If you are a schedule freak and organizer lover like me, this app is the solution to your scheduling woes. And again, with Jorte Calendar, it’s like you finally have your personal assistant. How cool is that? The catch, however, is that errors sometimes occur with its synchronization feature and its alarm needs further improvement. Nonetheless, this is a free app, so why not give it a chance, right?

My Insights and Reflections

Taking notes of the important events and tasks is a must for me. For quite some time, I have been relying on the use of pen and sticky pads in jotting down and securing the essential details and duties that I have to do. I have a calendar in my phone, but its not that functional. Good thing Jorte Calendar is now here to make scheduling even more possible.
